Once initial plans are consented, RBN Construction takes complete ownership of the build through to the final Code Compliance Certificate.
Council inspections, reports and bookings are organised around the programme, with the project managed through to the final code of compliance process. If a structural issue comes up during construction, the appropriate inspection and direction is obtained before the affected work continues.
Plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters and other required trades can all be coordinated for you, giving you one main point of contact rather than several contractors to chase. If you already have a preferred trade you would like involved, that can also be accommodated.
